Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited has released an official notification for the recruitment of the Assistant Review Officer. UPPCL has announced 16 vacancies for the UPPCL ARO recruitment 2020. Aspirants can download the official notification with ADVERTISEMENT NO. 04/VSA/2020/ARO from upenergy.in. CBT examination for UPPCL ARO recruitment is tentatively scheduled for the fourth week of October 2020. Online registrations can start from September 09, 2020. Candidates can apply for the announced posts on or before the last date i.e. September 29, 2020.
Indian citizens who have a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university are eligible to apply for the announced posts. Candidates applying for the job should have Hindi typing speed of 30 words/minute. Minimum age limit of the candidate applying for the job should be 21 years. Their age must not exceed that of 40 years as on July 01, 2020. Candidates also have to ensure that they meet other eligibility criteria of marital status, health criteria and other aspects. UPPCL Assistant Review Officer application form can be submitted via upenergy.in. Before applying online, candidates must possess aadhar card and valid photo-bearing identity proof. Reaching the website, candidates have to click on “APPLY ONLINE AGAINST ADVT NO. 04/VSA/2020/ARO FOR THE POST OF ASSISTANT REVIEW OFFICER” > HOW TO APPLY link to register and submit forms. A valid email ID and mobile number are required to register. Candidates are suggested to keep these contact details safe for the entire recruitment process as UPPCL conveys relevant information using them.
It is compulsory to make an online or offline payment of the application fee to submit the form successfully. The fee can be submitted using one of the following gateways – NET Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card. Unreserved/ OBC (Non-creamy layer) and EWs candidates have to pay Rs. 1000/- and SC/ST candidates of Uttar Pradesh has to pay Rs. 700/- as the application fee. Candidates can submit their form from September 09, 2020, to September 29, 2020. Aspirants pay the fees through the offline procedure before October 10, 2020.
Candidate’s selection for UPPCL ARO recruitment is done through the written examination and typing test. The NIELIT examination is conducted for 20 marks. The typing examination is followed by the CBT examination for 200 marks. In CBT exam, General Studies, Reasoning, General Hindi and General English. There will be 200 questions in the exam. Candidates must mark their answers carefully as there is negative marking of 0.25 marks. The shortlisted candidate also has to be present for the document verification stage with the original certificates. The final merit list of ARO recruitment is uploaded on the UPPCL website.
