UP Board Result 2019 to be Announced Before April 20; Evaluation Process to Finish by March 25

As per the latest report, the evaluation process of the answer sheets has been finished in almost all the districts. It is expected that today i.e. on March 25, 2019, the evaluation process will over. According to the board’s sources, the UP Board Result 2019 is expected to be available before April 20, 2019.

The UP Board Secretary Neena Srivastava has directed all the district inspectors of schools to complete the evaluation process of the answer sheets sooner. So, it is expected that the assessment of class 10 and 12 would be finished today.

The evaluation process was started from March 08, 2019. It was scheduled to be finished within 15 days. So, the process was supposed to end on March 23, 2019. However, the evaluation process got delayed due to the two day holiday of Holi. As per the UP Board headquarter sources, the evaluation process has been finished in several districts such as Mau, Bijnore, Mirzapur, Sultanpur, Barabanki, Pratapgarh, etc while in the rest of the districts, the evaluation process has been completed 95%.

According to the board’s record, at around 230 centres, a total of 3.20 crore answer sheets are being evaluated. The total answer sheets contain 1.90 crores of class 10 and 1.30 crores of class 12. The answer sheets are being evaluated by 79,064 and 45,732 teachers respectively.

In the current year, around 31,95,603 students appeared for class 10 exams whereas 26,11,319 students of class 12. After the tight and strict rules of the board, about 6.5 lakh candidates have skipped the examinations. On the last date of the exams, around 403 students caught cheating.

In the previous year, the UP Board result was declared on April 28, 2018. So, initially, the students were expecting the result in the fourth week of April 2019. But now, they may get their result a bit earlier.

Last year, about 29,81,327 students took part in class 12th exams while 36,55,591 students appeared for class 10th examinations. The overall pass percentage of class 10 was 75.16% and 72.43% was the total passing percentage of the students in class 12. Talking about the performance of the students gender wise of class 10 then 72.3% of boys passed the exams while 78.8% of girls came out with flying colors. For class 12, the girls of the state score a total of 78.44% while the boys scored a total of 67.36%.

The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad comes under the category of one of the popular boards in India. It is well known as UPMSP. The board has the tag of Asia’s largest board in terms of no. of students. The board manages the activities of around 32,00,000.
