UP Board Exams 2019 for Class 10, 12 Starts Tomorrow

UP Board Exams 2019 are beginning from tomorrow i.e. from February 07, 2019. For class 10, the board exams will be finished on February 28, 2019, while for class 12, the board will conduct the exams till March 02, 2019. The UP Board Exams will be held in 8,354 examination centres. Around 58,06,922 students are taking part in the examination this year. In which 1,95,603 candidates are from class 10 and 26,11,319 from class 12.

The first exam of high school is Music Singing while for intermediate, the first exam is Woodwork/ Prandhshilp/ Stitching and Psychology/ Pedagogy/ Logical Studies. These exams will be conducted from 8:00 am to 11:15 am and from 2:00 pm to 5:15 pm respectively.

A day before the board exams, the students usually feel pressure and nervousness. For some students, it is the worst nightmare. In the confusion and fear, they do various mistakes. In result, they do not get the passing that they suppose to obtain. So, the candidates who are going to appear for the board exams should be self-assured. If the student is confident enough then only he/ she can perform better in the board exams. As the last minute tips, the candidates are given some of the important points that they should know.

Do the Revision Properly

As the last minute tip, the revision is very important for the candidates. For the candidates, it is necessary to have an overview of every topic. Revision a day before the exam does not mean to read all the chapters and topics again. It denotes that the students should go through the formulas, important points, and objective type questions or one-word answers.

Be Calm and Self Motivated

For the students, it is very important to be calm and composed. Usually, the students get freaked out and get nervous. In such situations, they should be motivated. Do not panic if you think that you have not prepared well. Just be confident about your preparations.

Eat Healthy and Think Positive

There is no better way available rather than eating healthy and thinking positive to make yourself confident. Candidates should take proper sleep and eat green vegetables. Avoid junk food for a few days. It would really help.

Meditate

Candidates should meditate every day. Do not give it more time but at least calm your mind for 10 minutes each day. The students can also listen to music and soothing songs. Control your mind about going in the wrong direction. Before appearing for the exams, it is necessary to make your mind peaceful and focused.
