Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has suggested the affiliated schools to conduct the pre-board exams two times. Earlier, the students used to appear for the pre-board exams once. But now, the UP Board has advised the schools for the better preparation of the students.

For this year, around 766 city schools are affiliated with UP Board. So, all the students will have to appear for the pre-board exams before the final board exams. UPMSP has given the deadline to the affiliated schools to complete the syllabus before November 15, 2018. Once, the syllabus would be completed then the schools will be able to conduct the pre-board exams. The pre-board exams are expected to be held in the month of December 2018 and January 2019.

The motive to conduct the pre-board exams twice is the preparation would be better for the students and they will be able to be confident in the final exams. So, there would be more number of students in the merit list.

The District Inspector of Schools (DIOS) Mr. Mukesh Kumar Singh has directed the schools to hold the remedial classes to complete the syllabus. Considering the syllabus, Mr. Singh stated that till now, the 25% syllabus is yet to be finished. So, the schools are directed to conclude the remedial classes to complete the syllabus.

UP Board has also released the model question papers for the candidates to do a better preparation. There are question papers available for 40 main subjects. Students can check it online on the official website upmsp.edu.in. The model papers are available for the new exam pattern modeled on the lines of NCERT.

As per the latest report, to avoid the mishappening and cheating in the board exams, UP Board has also instructed the affiliated schools to make sit only 25v students in an examination hall. On October 16, 2018, the board has proposed this offer to the schools. The exam centres will be assigned on the basis of these factors. Only those schools will be treated as the exam centre which would be able to follow these rules.

On September 17, 2018, UP Board Date Sheet 2019 was released. According to the date sheet, the exams will begin from February 07, 2019 of both classes. But the last date of the exams for Class 10 is February 28 and for Class 12, it is March 02, 2019. Candidates can download the time table from the official website.

UP Board has released the date sheet for class 12 and 10 a little earlier. So that, all the processes would be held sooner. According to the Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad, UP Board Result 2019 is expected to be announced by April 30, 2019.
