University of Mysore Declares KSET Result 2018; Check At kset.uni-mysore.ac.in

Today i.e. March 30, 2019, the University of Mysore has declared the KSET Result 2018. The result has been declared on the official website i.e. kset.uni-mysore.ac.in. For checking the result candidates have to mention the login credentials such as roll number and date of birth on the login page. The result for the KSET 2018 examination held on December 30, 2019, has been announced.

The final KSET Answer Key 2018 was released on February 08, 2019 on the basis of that the marks of the candidates have been evaluated. The number of qualified candidates in total slots for Eligibility for Assistant Professors is equal to 6% of the candidates appeared in both the papers of KCET 2018. The result is purely based on the performance of the candidates in the KSET 2018 examination. The minimum qualifying marks for unreserved category candidates was 40% aggregate marks and for SC, ST, BC, & PwD and Transgender 35%. The KSET 2018 cut-off marks and percentage released at the official website.

The qualifiers of KSET 2018 will be awarded by the State Eligibility Certificate. The certificate will be issued to those candidates who have selected for the post of lectures and Assistant Professors. The candidates who will be having the state eligibility certificate those will eligible to apply for the lectureship in of the concerned government, semi-government and private sector University / Colleges / Institutions Government / Aided / Private.

The KSET 2018 examination was conducted in 39 nodal centers over the State. The Online State Eligibility Test was consist of two papers i.e. Paper 1 and Paper 2. In both papers, objective types question was asked. Paper 1 and 2 was containing 50 questions of 100 marks and 100 questions of 200 marks respectively. The duration of the exam was of 3 hours. In paper 1 candidates reasoning ability, Comprehension, divergent thinking, and general awareness are tested. Paper 2 was subject specific, among 39 subjects the candidates had to select any one.
