The Uttarakhand Board of Technical Education, Roorkee (UBTER) will close the application form for Joint Entrance Examination Polytechnics (JEEP) tomorrow March 31, by 11:59 PM. Candidates who wish to register for the examination can apply on the official website of UBTER – ubter.in. The online application had commenced on January 20, and offline from January 25, 2022. The examination is conducted for admissions to various Engineering, Hotel Management, Design, and Pharmacy courses offered in different public and private sector institutions in the state.
How to Apply for JEEP 2022
Candidates can apply online through the official website of UBTER till March 31, 2022. To apply for JEEP, follow the below steps:
Step 1: Visit the official website of UBTER – ubter.in.
Step 2: Under the Joint Entrance Exam Polytechnics 2022, click on the link that reads JEEP 2022- Online Application Portal.
Step 3: Click on Apply now appearing next to the group which the candidate wants to apply for (Group P – Engineering and Technology courses; and Group E – Diploma in Pharmacy).
Step 4: Enter the details and click on register now.
Step 5: Pay the examination fees and then upload the photograph and signature in the space provided.
Step 6: The application process will be complete now.
Candidates belonging to the general category should pay a fee of INR 800, and other reserved categories should pay INR 500 as application fees. The application once submitted cannot be edited.

Exam Schedule and Eligibility
The dates of the Joint Entrance Examination for various courses will be announced on the official website after the last day of filling the application form. Candidates seeking admission should qualify minimum standards of physical fitness and should produce a fitness certificate issued by a government hospital before taking admission in any of the colleges. This is to ensure that the candidate is mentally and physically fit to work under conditions that the profession and course demands.
However, there will be no age restriction for applying to the courses. Other educational qualifications for applying to different courses are described in detail in the official notification. The results along with the merit list will be published on the official website, following which there will be a computerized counseling for the selected candidates.
