TSCHE has released the official notice citing the date for declaring the TS EDCET result 2021. As per the official website, edcet.tsche.ac.in, the result for the entrance exam is going to be announced on September 24, 2021, at 4 pm.
The TS EDCET 2021 exam was held on August 24 and 25, 2021 in multiple shifts, the candidates can check their marks and results using hall ticket number and date of birth. The candidates are assigned ranks in the exam on the basis of the marks scored by them in the TS EDCET 2021.
As per the official brochure, the unreserved category candidates need to score at least 25% of the total marks i.e. 38 marks to qualify for the TS EDCET 2021 exam. While there are no such minimum marks for the candidates who belong to the reserved category.
The authorities will release the TS EDCET result in the form of a merit list, that will comprise the name of the candidates along with the marks scored by them. The merit list is going to be prepared by arranging the marks of the candidates in descending order. If there is a tie of marks between two candidates, then to break the same, the authorities will consider the following order to break the tie:
- Marks scored in subject content
- Marks scored in Teaching Aptitude
- Marks scored in General English
- Marks scored in General Knowledge and Educational issues
- Seniority
The candidates who stand successful in the TS EDCET 2021 exam will be called to appear in the counselling round. The schedule of counselling is going to be announced soon and the same will be intimidated to the candidates. During the counselling, a panel is going to cross-check the document submitted by the candidates. Upon successful verification, they will be assigned colleges after which the candidates have to complete the admission formalities to secure final admission.
Since, the TS EDCET 2021 result is going to be released tomorrow, hence to check the same candidates can first visit the official website. After this, they need to find the link of the TS EDCET 2021 result and proceed. Thereafter, they need to mention their hall ticket number along with their date of birth and click on the view rank card button. The final TS EDCET 2021 result along with marks scored, rank assigned and other relevant details will be available on the screen.
