Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Hyderabad, had to release TS EAMCET 2020 admit card today. However, University has delayed the issuance by one day. Now, the candidates can download the admit card from July 01, 2020. It will be released online, on eamcet.tsche.ac.in, and the last date to download it is July 03, 2020. TS EAMCET 2020 exam is due to be held on July 6, 7, 8, and 9, 2020.
This is the second time that the dates for the release of the admit card has been postponed. Initially, the admit card for TS EAMCET 2020 was to release on June 27, 2020, but was postponed.
Admit card of the exam is an important document which must be carried to the exam hall. Along with it, candidates must also take a copy of the application form, ball point pen, caste certificate (if applicable), Mask, gloves, and personal hand sanitizer, and a water bottle.
On July 27, 2020, JNTU uploaded exam day guidelines specifically for COVID-19 situation. As per it, the candidates need to have the Aarogya Setu app on their phones compulsorily that will show their health status. On the day of the exam, candidates have to show the status of their health in the app to the guard at the center.
If the app is not available with the students they need to carry the self-declaration form uploaded on eamcet.tsche.ac.in. Also, social distancing norms and things to be carried at the center like gloves, masks, hand sanitizers, and water bottle related details have been uploaded.
Arrangements for thermal screening and separate rooms for students with elevated temperature will be available at the TS EAMCET exam centres.
Will JNTU postpone TS EAMCET 2020?
Despite all the arrangement, students are not confident enough to visit the exam centers to take the exam. They have been showing discomfort on social media regarding this. This raise question on whether or not the exam will be held as per the decided schedule. The postponement of the admit card release dates blows the doubts even more.



TS EAMCET 2020 will be held in online mode and there will be 2 shifts of the exam each day. The engineering stream exam will be held on July 6, 7, and 8, 2020. On the other hand, the agriculture stream exam is scheduled for July 8 and 9, 2020. This state-level exam is held for admission of eligible candidates in B.Tech, B.Sc., B.Pharm, B.V.Sc. & Animal Husbandry, B.F.Sc., and Pharm-D courses. The exam contains 160 questions, which are to be attempted in 180 minutes.
