Trichy District Adi Dravidar & Tribal Welfare Department (Tiruchirapalli) has advertised 228 vacancies for the posts of Cook and Sanitary workers. A detailed recruitment advertisement is published in this regard at the official website i.e. tiruchirappalli.nic.in. As per the advertisement, eligible candidates with knowledge of Tamil language are invited to apply for the recruitment. Selected candidates are to be appointed for a monthly salary as per the designated pay scale. For the post of Cook, the monthly salary is in the range of Rs 15,200 – 50,00. On the other hand, Full Time Sanitary Workers are entitled to receive a monthly salary in the scale of Rs 7,700 – 24,200. Part Time Sanitary Workers are entitled to receive a fixed consolidated salary of Rs 3000 per month.
Candidates must be adequately skilled and qualified in order to apply for the recruitment. Proficiency in the Tamil language is a mandatory eligibility condition that applies to all candidates. Preference will be given to tribal ethnic candidates. For the post of Cook, candidates having prior relevant experience will be given preference in selection.
