Teachers Recruitment Board (TRB) has commenced the TNTET 2022 application form for paper 1 and paper 2 from today, March 14, 2022. The candidates who possess the basic eligibility can register for the application form of TNTET 2022 on the official website, trb.tb.nic.in. The last date to apply for the TNTET 2022 examination is April 13, 2022. As of now, there is no update regarding the date of the TNTET 2022 examination.
TNTET 2022 Eligibility Criteria
The candidates applying for TNTET 2022 should be a permanent domicile of Tamil Nadu. The minimum age limit for applying to TNTET 2022 is 18 years. There is no maximum age limit for the candidates applying for the TNTET 2022 examination.
Paper 1: The candidates should have passed the Higher Secondary with 50% marks, and passed or appearing in final year 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education, or 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.).
Paper 2: Graduation and appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education, or graduation with 50% and passed/appearing in B.Ed. final year, or passed in higher secondary and passed/appearing in 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.).
How to apply for TNTET 2022
The candidates willing to apply for the TNTET 2022 can go through the steps below to apply for the examination:
Step 1: Visit the official website of TRB, TN, trb.tb.nic.in
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the TNTET 2022 registration link.
Step 3: Enter the details asked in the application form such as name, educational qualification, address, test city preference, paper number, etc.
Step 4: Upload the scanned photograph and signature on the upload page and then move to the payment page.
Step 5: Pay the TNTET application form 2022 admissible to the paper opted by the candidates using any of the online payment systems.

The admissible scanned size for the photograph is 20 kb to 60 kb whereas the same for the signature is going to be 10 kb to 30 kb. The application fee admissible for the TNTET 2022 exam is going to be INR 500 for the unreserved category and INR 250 for the reserved category.
