The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) has announced the result of Departmental Exam 2021. The commission has declared result today, on May 8, 2021, of the departmental exam held from February 14 to 21, 2021. Shortly after the result was published at tnpsc.gov.in, the website crashed; presumably, due to heavy traffic.

How to check TNPSC departmental exam result 2021?

Step-1: In order to check result, one has to type the url tnpsc.gov.in/English/DResultView.aspx in their web browser.

Or, first go to tnpsc.gov.in. Then, click on the link for Departmental Exams on the main page. After that, click on result link. Select the link for February exam. This ultimately leads to the result page mentioned above.

Step-2: On the result page, one needs to login with registration number.

The notification for this particular examination was released on January 8, 2021. Interested and eligible candidates could apply till January 29, 2021. The memorandum of admission or hall ticket was made available for download from February 12 to 21, 2021. Thereafter, the exam was held from February 14 to 21, 2021. After the exam, answer key was also released.

The exam was held as per the revised syllabus as ordered by the Government in G.O. (Ms.) No.33, Personnel & Administrative Reforms (M) Department, dated 02.03.2017/ G.O. (Ms.) No.144, Personnel & Administrative Reforms (M) Department, dated 26.10.2018.

Applicants had to appear for the exam in the capital of the district where they are employed. However those who had to take the test in other center, needed to have clearance of TNPSC. Candidates over the age of 16 years could take part in the exam.

It may be noted that for TNPSC departmental exams, there is a one time registration facility. Hence, those who have once completed that process can fill other subsequent departmental exams forms as well.
