In leading dailies of the state, Tamil Nadu half yearly time table for 10th, 11th, and 12th exams have been released.
As per the pdf file, screenshots of which have been published in newspapers, half yearly exams for class 10th will start on December 13, 2019, whereas exams for class 11th and 12th will commence on December 11, 2019.
Starting with class 10th, the exam dates are December 13, 16, 17, 18, 20, and 23, 2019. On these respectively the papers for language, english, optional language, mathematics, science, social science will be conducted.
Then for class 11th as well as 12th, the exam dates are December 11, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, and 23, 2019. Although the exam dates are common, which paper will be on which day differs for the two classes.
Class 11th exam schedule is as follows. Language and English are the first two papers for class 11th. On the third day, papers for physics, economics, computer technology will be held. On day four, the exams to be held are for subjects maths, zoology, commerce, microbiology, nutrition and dietetics, textiles and dress designing, food service management, agricultural science, nursing general, and nursing vocational. Fifth day is for chemistry, accountancy, geography.
On the sixth day, will be papers for communicative english, ethics and indian culture, computer science, computer applications, bio chemistry, advance language tamil, home science, political science, statistics. And on the last exam date, papers will be held for biology, botany, history, business maths and statistics, basic electrical engineering, basic electronics engineering, basic civil engineering, basic automobile engineering, basic mechanical engineering, textile technology, office management and secretaryship.
Now class 12th schedule is like this. Class 12th students will also sit for language on day one, and english on day two. Then on third day, there will be exams of maths, zoology, commerce, microbiology, nutrition and dietetics, textiles and dress designing, food service management, agricultural science, nursing general, and nursing vocational. Fourth day will be exams for physics, economics, computer technology.
Fourth day is reserved for subjects communicative english, ethics and indian culture, computer science, computer applications, bio chemistry, advance language tamil, home science, political science, statistics. And on the fifth day, will be papers of chemistry, accountancy, geography. The papers for last exam day are the same as the papers of the last day for class 11th.
Per the notification in media, timings for class 10th exams are 10 am to 1.15 pm. That for class 11th is 10 am to 1.15 pm again. And for class 12th, exams will be from 2 pm to 5.15 pm.
With the notification being absent from official website, students can coordinate with schools directly to confirm the dates. The notification details had released in newspapers on Thursday. The official website of Directorate of Government Examinations, Tamil Nadu is dge.tn.gov.in.
TN public exam time table 2020 is already available. For HSE second year +2 old syllabus, exams will start on March 2, 2020, and end on March 24, 2020. The HSE first year +1 exam old syllabus will commence on March 4, 2020, and end on March 26, 2020. SSLC old syllabus papers will start on March 27, 2020, and conclude on April 13, 2020.
