TISSNET 2021 Registration Starts; 5 things to Know

TISSNET 2021 registration process has started on the official website of the conducting body and the last date to register for the exam is January 15, 2021.

Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) has begun the TISS National Entrance Test (TISSNET) 2021 registration process today i.e. December 2, 2020, from 4:00 pm onwards. Candidates can access the application form on the official website i.e. tiss.edu. The last date to apply for the entrance exam is January 15, 2021. Authorities are scheduled to conduct the national-level entrances test on February 20, 2021, in a computer-based format. Through this entrance exam, interested and eligible candidates can get admission into one of the prestigious Tata institutes across the country. Candidates shall be able to pursue a master’s degree in management and other verticals.

Candidates can fill the TISSNET 2021 application form on the official website of the conducting body. They are required to enter required details like email ID, where the candidate found out about TISS Admissions, security code, etc. After filling in these details, they must click on the ‘register’ button and check their mail get the registration link to verify their email ID. Once they have registered, candidates have to enter their name and set an appropriate password for future use. After this, candidates must login to the website using their username and password.

Registered candidates have to enter the required details in the TISSNET 2021 application form. These details include personal information, academic or educational information and category information. The next step is to upload the necessary documents and select the appropriate programme for which the candidate is giving the entrance exam. The last step of the application process is paying the registration fee. This fee depends on the category to which the candidate belongs and the number of programmes opted.

Candidates belonging to the general category are required to pay Rs.1030 to apply for one programme, Rs. 2060 for two programmes and Rs. 3090 for three programmes. Goi pms candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC categories have to pay Rs. 260 to apply for one course, Rs. 520 for two courses and Rs. 780 for three courses. However, non-Goi pms candidates belonging to SC/ST categories are required to pay Rs. 510 for one programme, Rs. 1020 for two programmes and Rs. 1530 to apply for three programmes.

TISSNET 2021 authorities have also provided multiple modes for candidates to pay their registration fee. Candidates can pay their application fee using credit card, debit card or net banking they can also pay their fee using an offline mode like SBI e-challan. Certain extra bank charges may also be applied in case a candidate opts for offline mode of fee payment. Once the application fee is paid, candidates can confirm and preview their application form containing their filled details and then click on ‘final conformation’ to submit the application form. TISSNET 2021 application process has begun today and the last date to fill the form is January 15, 2021.
