Anna University, Chennai, is all set to announce the TANCET 2022 result today, June 09, 2022, at 10:00 am. This has been confirmed by an update on the official website tancet.annauniv.edu. All those who appeared for the Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET) 2022 will be able to access their result from 10:00 am onwards. Scorecards shall be issued only through the online mode. No candidate will receive his/her scorecard via offline or in-person mode.
The TANCET 2022 exam was held across the state on two days – May 14 and 15, 2022. Entrance exam for MCA and MBA was held on day 1 and for ME, M.Tech., M.Arch. and M.Planning on day 2. Shift timings ranged from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm and 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm.

Anna University did issue any official notice to announce the TANCET 2022 result date. Instead, it published the following update on the official website –
RESULT WILL BE DECLARED ON 09.06.2022 AT 10.00 AM.
While the update does clarify the RANCET 2022 result date and time, candidates are kept in the dark about the required login credentials.
How to check TANCET 2022 result?
Once announced, candidates can check their TANCET 2022 result using the steps given below –
Step 1: Visit the official website of TANCET 2022 i.e., tancet.annauni.edu.
Step 2: On the homepage of the website, scroll down, locate and click on the result link.
Step 3: On doing so, a new page will open containing the login window. Enter the required credentials such as Exam Roll Number and Date of Birth.
Step 4: Enter the security code displayed on the screen and click on the ‘Submit’ option.
Step 5: TANCET 2022 result will appear on the screen. Download or print a copy of the result page for future reference.
It is important to note that candidates can download their TANCET 2022 scorecard within 10 days of result announcement. Beyond this date, they will have to pay a fee to access their scorecard.
Once announced, each aspirant who gave the TANCET 2022 exam will be notified about his/her percentile score and actual marks. However, to not project a negative score, final scorecard will only contain the percentile score. This figure has been calculated using the formula given below –
Percentile Score =(Y/N)* 100
Where ‘Y’ is the number of students who scored less than the candidate whereas ‘N’ is the total number of students who appeared for the test.
