Anna University, Chennai is going to conduct the Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET) 2021 on March 20 and 21, 2021. Authorities recently released the examination instructions announcing the entrance exam dates. Entrance test for courses like MBA, MCA and those pertaining to architecture and technology are scheduled on different dates within specific time slots. Interested and eligible candidates can register for the exam from January 19, 2021, on the official website i.e., tancet.annauniv.edu. Through this entrance exam, candidates can seek admission in various postgraduate courses at the prestigious university.
Authorities announced recently that TANCET 2021 is scheduled to occur on March 20 and 21, 2021 at specific timings depending on the postgraduate course. For MCA, the exam is scheduled on March 20, 2021, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. TANCET 2021 for MBA is scheduled on the same date but from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm. The entrance test for ME, M.Tech, M.Arch and M.Plan is scheduled on March 21, 2021, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.
TANCET 2021 registration process is scheduled to begin from January 19, 2021, from 10:00 am onwards on the official website of the conducting body tancet.annauniv.edu. The last date to register for the exam is February 12, 2021, till 5:00 pm.
Candidates can check the final status of their application on February 17, 2021. Subsequently, authorities shall release the hall tickets for the registered candidates on March 5, 2021. Results are expected to be announced on or before April 16, 2021. However, the official date is yet to be announced by the university.
Candidates can register for TANCET 2021 by clicking on the ‘TANCET Registration’ link and then clicking on the ‘Register’ button. After providing the required information, candidates have to click on the ‘submit’ button to submit the application form. By doing so, the exam payment gate shall open.
Candidates are required to pay the required fees depending on their category. Aspirants wanting to apply for fee concession must submit the relevant category certificate to avail the facility. After successfully paying the fees, the site shall direct the candidates to enter the required examination details. They must enter the details as per the instructions mentioned in the application form. Before submitting the application form, it asks for the candidate’s verification regarding the details provided.
Candidates must carefully verify the details to ensure that the information in the application form is correct and authentic. After verifying the details, candidates must submit the application form. Aspirants are advised to take a printout of the same for future reference.
