The Directorate of Government Examinations, Tamilnadu has announced the Tamil Nadu ESLC Result 2019 today i.e. on March 19, 2019, at 4:15 pm. The candidates of class 8 who have participated in the board exams can now obtain their results. The students can check the result online at dge1.tn.nic.in. The exams of the students were held from January 21 to 25, 2019.
The students can check the result online. First, visit the official website. On the homepage, the candidates can see the link of the result. Click on the link and then a new page will appear. On that page, enter the details such as the registration number of the candidates and also his/ her date of birth. In this way, the student can check the result.
The result is available in the pdf format. Candidates can get the details such as the name of the student, roll number, registration number, enrollment number, date of birth of the students, class name, exam name, exam type, subject name, marks in the subjects, result status and some other useful information.
For SSLC, the board has released the result declaration date. It is expected that the students of class 10 will get the result on April 29, 2019. The candidates will be able to search the result online at tnresults.nic.in. The candidates will have to submit the registration number and the date of birth to get the result.
The Directorate of Government Examinations is the organization which is responsible to work for the Tamilnadu state. It is a state level board. The board started functioning in the year 1911. It became a separate directorate in the year 1975. It is popularly known as DGE TN. DGE TN had conducted the first exam for the SSLC standard in the year 1911 itself. The Directorate has 7 regional offices across the state. It conducts the board exams thrice a year. The first exam in April/ May, the second in June/ July and the third in September/ October. After the completion of the exams, the board releases the result.
