Symbiosis University has announced the SNAP 2021/2022 registration and exam dates on the official website, snaptest.org. The candidates can fill the application form from August 31, 2021, to November 27, 2021. The SNAP exam is going to be held on December 19, 2021, January 08, and January 16, 2022. While the SNAP Admit card is going to be released on December 04, 2021. The SNAP result is expected to be released on February 01, 2022. The candidates can appear for the SNAP test only twice a year and the higher score amongst the two will be considered.
The minimum eligibility for the SNAP test is having a Bachelor’s degree with 50% marks in any stream from a recognized university. The candidates who are foreign nationals need to obtain an equivalence certificate from the Association of Indian Universities before applying.
The application process of SNAP 2021 has multiple stages i.e. registration, application fee payment, register for institutes and pay a fee for the institute. Follow the steps mentioned below to apply for SNAP 2021:
Step 1: Visit the official portal of the SNAP test, snaptest.org.
Step 2: On the portal’s homepage click on Apply now and proceed further.
Step 3: Thereafter, the candidates need to enter a name, dob, email-id, country name, test date option out of three dates and upload a candidate’s photograph within the size range of 10 KB and 5 MB.
Step 4: After successful registration, candidates will get an OTP and password that they need to submit for further process.
Step 5: Thereafter, candidates need to pay the registration fee equivalent to Rs 1950 on the portal via an online payment channel.
After completing the registration process, candidates will get their registration number and password on their email id that they need to retain. Other than this, they are also required to pay an additional fee of Rs 1000 per programme before the registration process ends.
SNAP 2021 is an online test held primarily for a duration of 60 minutes. The questions in the exam will be from three subjects i.e. General English, Analytical & Logical Reasoning and Quantitative Aptitude, Data Interpretation & Data Sufficiency. Each section will account for 15, 25, and 20 questions respectively. While each correct answer will fetch 1 mark and there will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each incorrect response.
The candidates successful in the online test will be called for the GE-PIWAT. The final merit list will be declared on the candidate’s performance in the written test and GE-PIWAT. The total weightage of the SNAP exam is 100% out of which 50% weightage will be given to Snap score, while 10% to GE and 30% and 10% to Personal Interaction and WAT respectively.
