Sri Ramaswamy Memorial Institute of Science and Technology (SRMIST) has revised the dates of SRMJEEE 2021. The new dates of the exam are May 23, and 24, 2021 for SRMJEEE 2021 phase 1 and July 25 and 26, 2021 for Phase 2. Also, in each of these phases, there will be 3 slots.
SRMIST is accepting the online application forms for SRMJEEE 2021 phase 1 till May 15, 2021. To apply candidates need to first do registration, then fill details in the online form, upload documents, and then pay the fee. The online application form is common for admission to SRM IST Chennai, SRM University – Sonepat, Haryana, and SRM University – Andhra Pradesh. The application fee is Rs 1100. Candidates interested in and eligible for the SRM B.Tech admission 2021 can apply for SRMJEEE 2021 at srmist.edu.in.
Also, the application process will remain open till July 20, 2021, for phase 2 of SRMJEEE 2021. SRMIST will also impart scholarships to meritorious students on enrollment.
Candidates who have passed their class 12th exam with at least 50% in PCM can apply for SRMJEEE 2021. One should have passed the exams in not more than 2 attempts including an appearance for improvement. Candidates must have Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. With it, they should have any one of these as major subjects in regular stream – Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Technical Vocational subject, Computer Science, Information Technology, Informatics Practices, Agriculture, Engineering Graphics, Business Studies.
SRMJEEE 2021 is to be held as a remote proctored online mode (RPOM). In the exam, candidates will be asked questions from Physics, Chemistry, Maths / Biology, English, and Aptitude. there will be 35 questions from Physics, 35 from chemistry, 40 from biology / 40 from Maths, 5 from English, and 10 from Aptitude. There is no negative marking and each correct answer fetches 01 marks. All questions will be of MCQ type and the exam will be of 2 hours 30 mins duration.

To help the students underrated the entrance exam before the actual exam, the varsity will also conduct mock tests. For SRMJEEE 2021 phase 1, the mock test will be held on May 20 and 21, 2021. Later for phase 2, the mock tests will be held on July 23 and 24, 2021.
SRM University generates and uploads admit cards for appearing in the exam through the official website i.e. srmist.edu.in. However, before the admit card is issued candidates will have to select their SRMJEEE 2021 exam date and time via the slot booking process, Based on the slots selected by the candidates the admit card will be issued. However, the dates of slot booking and issuance of admit cards have not been declared by SRMIST yet.
SRMJEEE 2021 phase 1 result will be declared on May 27, 2021, and the phase 2 results will be available on July 29, 2021. The result will be declared online at srmist.edu.in. The candidates who pass the entrance exam, are called for counselling and admission.
