SRM Institute of Science & Technology has begun the process of SRMJEEE 2021 Phase 3 online application. The admission seekers now can register online for the joint entrance examination at srmist.edu.in. The last date of online application for the 3rd and last phase is August 18, 2021. The registration is for admission to B.Tech courses offered at SRM IST Chennai, SRM University Sonepat, and SRM University Andhra Pradesh.
To register online, the aspirants need to visit the website srmist.edu.in. Thereafter, the candidates need to access “B.Tech 2021-22 Apply Now” button from the homepage. It will lead to a new registration portal for Engineering. Wherein, candidates have to register by using their name, email address, mobile number, state, city, and course name. After the successful registration, candidates have to verify their email and have to fill in the details required in the application form.
Filling in the academic details and payment of the application fee will help candidates step forward. Thereafter, they have to upload the necessary scanned documents. A non-refundable application fee of Rs. 1100 is chargeable to the applicants. All candidates have to verify their details, before the final submission of the application.
SRMIST has also facilitated SRM Query Management System [SRM-QMS] to raise any query related to the registration and admission. To do so, candidates have to register and verify their ID on the dashboard.

To be eligible, candidates must be Indian citizens. NRI/PIO/OCI candidates are also eligible to apply for SRMJEEE 2021. The candidate should have passed Higher Secondary Examination (10+2 pattern) or appearing in Higher Secondary examination in the current academic year with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. Those candidates who have passed the class 12th exam should have a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Whereas, students who have completed class 12th from NIOS must have completed their class 10th from regular schooling or vice-versa.
In addition to this, GCE A-level or International Baccalaureate (IB) diploma or IB certificate with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies as major subjects from any International schools within India, also required.
According to the schedule, SRMJEEE Phase 3 entrance exam will be held on August 23, 2021, in remote proctored online mode. The test will be conducted in a computer-based mode. It will carry a total of 125 objective-type MCQs. All questions have to be answered in a duration of 2 hours and 30 minutes. For B.Tech, questions will be asked from Physics, Chemistry, Maths, English, and Aptitude. Whereas, for Biotechnology questions will be from Biology instead of Maths.
The conduct of the SRMJEE Phase 3 exam and joint counselling will be as per the rules defined by UGC, AICTE, and the state government.
