Symbiosis (Deemed) University has released the SNAP 2018 Result on January 10, 2019. Candidates who have appeared for the entrance examination on December 16, 2018, can download the scorecard at snaptest.org. The result link has been available on the homepage of the official website. The scorecard for the exam can be accessed after entering SNAP Id and password.

In the result of the SNAP, candidates can find the sectional and overall performance in the exam. On the basis of the overall percentile or score in the exam, candidates will be called for the next round. Symbiosis institutes do not consider sectional cut-off while shortlisting candidates for Group Exercise (GE), Written Ability Test (WAT), and Personal Interaction (PI).
Candidates will get a call from the Symbiosis institutes only if they have applied for a particular institute and cleared the cut-off for the same. The Institute registration is still open for many Symbiosis management colleges. The institutes will release the shortlist from January 15, 2019. As per the official website, Symbiosis Pune will publish the shortlist on January 16, 2019. GE-PIWAT process will commence in the first week of February 2019.
During the selection process, candidates are required to take the important documents like the SNAP result copy, academic certificates etc as specified by the institute. The result should be printed on the A4 size sheet in a portrait mode with no margin and blank header. Apart from these formalities, it is essential that candidates give their best to convert the call. The list of selected candidates for the final admission will release by March/ April 2019. Top Symbiosis institutes like SIBM, SCMHRD, SIBM Bangalore, and SIIB are well known for their academic exposure and placements.
As per the criteria laid by the institute, SNAP score has a wight-age of 50 out of total 100 marks. Rest 10, 30, and 10 marks are allocated for GE, PI, and WAT. As the personal interaction has highest weight-age, candidates must able to communicate with the interviewers confidently.
As per the guidelines by Symbiosis University, there is also reservation for SC/ ST/ PwD/ International candidates of 15%, 7.5%, 3%, and 15% respectively. There are 2 seats per programme reserved for Kashmir Migrants.
SNAP 2018 was held in 92 cities all over in India. The answer key was released on December 19, 2018, at the candidates’ login. The link was soon deactivated on the official website. Previously, it was expected that the SNAP result will declare by 12 Jan as the objection result had to be announced latest by 10 Jan. But the result has been declared early. Among major national level exams, the IIFT result is yet to announce expectedly on January 15, 2019.
