Rajasthan Subordinate and Ministerial Services Selection Board (RSMSSB) has open the application window and released the new exam dates for Patwari direct recruitment exam 2019, on its official website rsmssb.gov.in. According to an official notice released by the RSMSSB board on July 08, the Rajasthan Patwari exam will be conducted on October 23 and 24, 2021. According to the notice, the examination form and fee can be paid from July 15 to July 29, 2021. The correction window for candidates will open from July 30 to August 05, 2021, with a one-time payment fee of Rs 300.
The board has also decided to increase the number of vacancies from 4,421 to 5,378 after the amendment. Earlier, in 2019 when the exam notification was released, a total of 4421 vacancies were announced. Now after the addition of 957 posts, the number of vacancies has increased to 5378. However, the rest of the recruitment guidelines will remain the same as advertised under advt 03/2019 dated January 17, 2020.
Candidates who have already applied for the job earlier do not have to apply again, though they can edit their application forms, if required, during the designated dates. Also, the candidates who were not meeting the eligibility criteria earlier, but now meet the same can also apply. On contrary, if the candidate was eligible, in terms of age, at the time of applying for the job in 2019 but have crossed the age limit now, will not be disqualified and will be considered on the basis of the earlier application.
The board will issue the admit cards of the candidates through rsmssb.rajasthan.gov.in. Exam hall tickets shall be issued tentatively 10 days ahead of the examination. After its release, candidates will be able to download it from the official website of the board.

To be selected for the Patwari job, candidates will have to appear for the single-tier recruitment test. According to the official notification of the RSMSSB Patwari exam, there will be only two stages in the selection process i.e. direct recruitment examination and document verification. The exam will consist of 150 multiple choice-based objective-type questions. There will be an OMR-based examination carrying a maximum of 300 marks. The question will be taken from the subjects including General Knowledge, Mathematics, Reasoning, Basic Computer Knowledge & Language based questions. The duration of the examination shall be 3 hours. For every wrong answer, there will be a negative marking of 1/3 mark.
The candidates who get shortlisted based on their performance in the written examination will be further called for verification of documents. Finally selected candidates will get a monthly salary of Rs 20,800 with different allowances
