Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC) has re-issued the admit card for the Physical Test for East Central Railway (ECR) on 29 March. It has been released again due to the change in the exam dates of the RRC ECR Physical test. Candidates have to download their admit card once more by visiting the zonal websites of the RRC ECR, rrcecr.gov.in.
Candidates can now download the fresh admit cards by entering their registration number and date of birth. Go to the official website of RRC ECR. Now, click on the link “Click here for download / print of new call letter for PET under CE 02/2018. Then enter the login details and captcha. After entering all the details, click on the login button. The admit card of RRB Group D PET will appear on the screen. Download and take a print out of it to carry it on the day of the exam.
Recently, a notice has been released by the RRC in which the dates of the examination have been changed due to some technical issue. The exam which was earlier scheduled to be held from 26 to 30 March 2019 will now take place from 03 to 06 April 2019.
Admit card is an important document as it works as a key to enter the exam center on the day of the exam. The RRB Group D consists of very crucial details related to the test like exam date, time, reporting time, general instructions.
On the Day of Physical Efficiency Test (PET), candidates are required to carry government-approved id proof, passport size colored photograph. Candidates will not be allowed to enter the examination premises without the necessary documents. So, do not forget to carry the same on the day of examination.
In the second stage of the RRB Group D recruitment which is the Physical test round, candidates are required to do bodily activities like running and weight lifting. Male candidates are required to run for 1000 meters in 4 Min 15 Sec and lift 35 Kg of weight for 100 meters. Females have to run for a distance of 1000 meters in 5 Min 40 Sec and lift 20 Kg weight for 100 meters. Candidates have to carry the weight without putting it down. For both the tasks, aspirants will get only one chance. Both male and female will get 2 minutes time for weight lifting
Those candidates who clear the PET round will be shortlisted for the document verification. The DV round is conducted to confirm the eligibility claims of the candidate. For this round, aspirants are required to carry original as well as two sets of self-attested photocopies of the relevant documents. Failure of the submission of the documents can result in the cancelation of the candidature.
