RRB NTPC Help Desk

Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) have started a help desk for candidates whose application forms have been rejected for RRB NTPC 2020 against RRB CEN 01/2019. The direct link to access it is rrbonlinereg.co.in/helpdesk/rrbContUs.aspx#!.

The link to access this page has been provided on all the official websites of RRBs. It is presented with the text “Click here for Help Desk regarding rejection of Application in NTPC examination under CEN No. 01-2019” or such related text.

Upon clicking it, the URL https://rrbonlinereg.co.in/helpdesk/rrbContUs.aspx#! opens up. This page contains a dropdown with the heading query. In the dropdown, there are eight options. The first seven options are the most frequently asked questions since display of RRB NTPC 2020 status. Selecting any one of the first seven options shows pre-filled answers of the questions. The last one is an others field using which candidates can submit their own query.

RRB NTPC 2020

To submit query / complaint against RRB NTPC 2020 status, select others option from the dropdown. Then select RRB zone, select application status option in the stage wise query section. Then enter email id, registration number, name, and enter query or problem. The query should be written in english.

The first query in the dropdown is “My photo / signature seems to be not invalid. Why my application has been rejected?”. To which the answer is “Rejection of application due to invalid photo/ invalid Signature as it is not as per the specification mentioned in the CEN 01/2019. Please refer para 15.3 (a) of  CEN 01/2019. ”

Then the second query is “Why my application is rejected due to duplication?”. Answer to that is “Multiple applications applied by the same candidate in same or different RRB is rejected.”.

Third query is “Is there any provision to modify or re-upload a valid photo for my application?”. RRBs say to this question, “There is no provision for re-upload. As per para 15.2 of CEN 01/2019 modification can only be done two times.”

After that the fourth question is “When will the Admit card be available for download?”. It’s answer is “Admit card will be available for download well before CBT in the websites of respective RRBs.”

Thereafter the fifth question is “When will the CBT be scheduled?”. To this the RRBs say “Update regarding CBT will be intimated through websites of respective RRBs.”

The sixth question is “What should I do if there is lot of delay in accessing the page?”. Candidates may note the answer to this is “Speed for On-Line Application on Internet, is based on various factors like Internet Speed, large number of applicants trying to view the application at the same time etc. Therefore, if you are not able to get the pages for registration immediately, please retry after a gap of 15 minutes or during off-peak hours during the night. Please also ensure that your internet speed is good and at least 1MBps.”

And the seventh query is “What details should I provide while writing for the problem?”. Here the answer is “Please do not forget to provide following details while writing to us: (1) REGISTRATION Number (2) Registered Email ID as entered in application. In case of application failure or any error message, we would like to have the specific error message. Additionally, you may provide the Details including the Operating System (like Windows XP, Vista, Linux etc.) & Internet Browser & version (like Internet Explorer 6.0, Mozilla 3.0, Firefox 3.5 etc.) used.”
