Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) have declared the result of second stage computer based test of RRB JE recruitment 2019, which was held as per the Centralised Employment Notification (CEN) 03/2018. On the basis of this result, candidates who have been declared as qualified will need to attend document verification and medical examination. Only after clearing them, a candidate will be declared in the provisional empanelment list.
First step now, for those who have qualified, need to check the document verification schedule from the official websites. Some of the RRBs have already announced that the DV will be held November 18, 2019, a few have published complete schedule. However each candidate should check the schedule of their RRB zone only.
Then second step will be to download the call letter for document verification. Just like you got RRB JE admit card for CBT 1, CBT 2, in a similar way RRB JE CBT 2 result qualified candidates will get for DV also. Again for this, the official website is from where they will get the call letter. RRBs will not send them by post.
After that the third step, or in fact candidates can do this right now, is to gather important documents. On the day of document verification, candidates will have to show all the important documents that RRBs ask for. To know list of documents, check the DV call letter, the official website, and CEN 03/2018. Point number 17.0 on page number 17 in the centralized employment notification tells the complete list of all the documents required.
Candidates will have to carry all original documents along with two sets of self-attested photocopies of all documents at the time of DV. Also prior to DV date, they have to upload it through the rrbdv.in portal.
rrbdv.in is the Railway Recruitment Board document uploading portal for candidates. One has to login with roll number and password to do so.
Also note that all documents should be either in Hindi or English. If a document is not in Hindi or English then candidate will have to take aself-attested translated version in Hindi or English.
Some of the important documents that are mandatory for all are as follows. First are the educational qualification documents like class 10 certificate, class 12 certificate, diploma or engineering or science certificate with semester wise mark sheets. Then category certificate as applicable, with non creamy layer certificate, income certificate, minority document. Ex-servicement also need original discharge certificates, self declaration. Serving employees and defence personnel should have NOC. If name has changed then candidates have to take gazette notification or related legal document. Those who paid through challan or post office need to show the receipt of payment. Domicile certificate of JnK. For all documents, candidates should see the list.
After document verification, candidates will undergo medical examination.
