Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC) has released the RRB admit card 2018-2019 for PET / PMT. The hall ticket has been published in online mode at the zonal websites of the respective RRC. To download the PET call letter, candidates are required to enter the registration number and date of birth. Till now the admit card has been released only by Southern Railway. Following the same lead, rest of the RRC will issues the PET admit card soon.
The admit card has been available to the candidates who have cleared the CBT exam successfully. Candidates can only get the RRB Group D PET Admit Card over login. In order to download the admit card, click on the link “Call letters for Physical Efficiency Test” on the official website.
After that, enter the login credentials like registration number, DOB, and Captcha. Click on the “Submit” button. The admit card of RRB Group D PET is going to display on the screen. Candidates should download and take a print out to carry it on the day of the exam.
Admit card is a crucial document as it is a key to enter the exam hall. So, candidates should keep the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) admit card carefully till the time recruitment process gets over. The hall ticket also comprises of important information related to the exam like date of exam, timings of PET, the batch of an exam, important instructions.
Along with the admit card, candidates have to carry valid photo id proof, passport size photograph uploaded in the application form. No candidate is allowed to enter the exam hall without the relevant documents. So, do not forget to carry the same on the exam day.
Reserved category candidates are also eligible to get the travel pass free of cost to travel through railways during the time of the recruitment process. The facility has been only provided to the SC and ST category candidates. While travelling, candidates are required to show the admit card along with the original category certificate. The issuance of the travel authority is only subjected if the candidate has uploaded the caste certificate during the filling of application form.
In the physical test, candidates have to perform physical activities which are running and weight lifting. Male candidates are required to run for 1000 meters in 4 Min 15 Sec and lift 35 Kg of weight for 100 meters. Female candidates have to run for 1000 meters in 5 Min 40 Sec and lift 20 Kg weight for 100 meters. For weight lifting, candidates will get two minutes to complete the task. Candidates are required to clear this round in the single attempt.
Those candidates qualifying the RRB Group D CBT examination followed by the PET will be shortlisted for the document verification. In this round, candidates have to carry the relevant original as well as two sets of self-attested photocopies of the documents. Aspirants who fail to bring the necessary documents on the specified date will not be considered for the final selection. So, do not forget to produce the same on the verification day.
