Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) will release RRB Group D Answer Key 2018 in the 1st week of January 2019. There is no official notice regarding the same. However, reputed newspapers have collected information from official sources and have confirmed that soon candidates will get to check the answer key of RRB Group D 2018.
As per the news reports, Angaraj Mohan (Executive Director of RRB) has confirmed that the answer key of RRB Group D 2018 examination held in the month of September, October, November, and December has been prepared by the Board. Indian Railway is waiting for the holidays to end and will release the answer key after new year.
The Group D answer key will be released online, on the official website of the RRBs. It will be available through login and the candidates will have to download it by entering user id and password. The candidates will get to see the answer key of their question paper only. The key will display the questions with the answers marked by the candidate. Along with each question and answer marked, the correct answer will also be mentioned on it.
Candidates can use the answer key to predict their score in the examination. The provided answer key of RRB Group D 2018 will be provisional. Candidates must check it thoroughly. If any error(s) is detected in the RRB Group D 2018 answer key then the candidates can raise objections against it.
The facility to submit the objections will also be provided through the login. The candidates can only submit objections in English language. Both, question and answer can be scrutinized. It is important to make sure that along with the objection, candidates also enter the reason for objection in the remark column. Here, candidates need to enter why they think the answer is question or answer is incorrect, with the proof.
The Board will consider all the objections and will make the necessary corrections in the answer key as per it. The corrected key will the final answer key of RRB Group D and as per it, the result will be prepared.
Angaraj Mohan has also commented on the release of the result. If everything goes as per plan, then RRB Group D Result 2018 will be released by 4th week of December 2018. The result of the examination will also be released online. The merit list and score will be announced separately. The merit will only contain roll numbers of the qualified candidates, whereas, the score will contain a candidate’s raw score, pro-rata score, normalized score, and status for the next round.
