The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released the CEN 03/2019 question paper, answer key, and response sheet. Candidates can download it from their regional RRB official website. RRB conducted the examination for various posts under Ministerial and Insolated categories from December 15 to 18 and on January 7, 2021. In order to enable candidates who appeared in the CBT to view their question papers, responses, and answer keys, the conducting body has activated the link on the websites of RRBs which will be active from 22 February 2021 at 6 PM to 28 February 2021.
To download the answer key, candidates will need to visit the official website of their regional RRB. On the homepage of the website, candidates need to click on the relevant link for downloading the answer key and question paper. After this, in the next screen, candidates will need to log in by entering their registration number and date of birth. Submit the login details, after which from the links provided on the candidate dashboard, download your answer key, response sheet, and question paper.

Candidates are also provided with the facility to raise objections against the key. To submit the request for submitting the objection, candidates will need to submit the challenge online. Login in to your account and click on the link to raise the objections. Select the question and correct option, moreover, attach the evidence support for the objection raised and submit it. Furthermore, the candidates will have to pay an amount of Rs. 50 per question to submit the objection form.
If the challenge raised by the candidates is found to be correct, then the necessary changes will be done in the provisional answer key and a final key is released. Additionally, RRB will also refund the amount to the candidate to their bank account.
The last date to submit the objection is February 28, 2021 till 6 PM. It is to be noted that after the deadline, candidates will not be able to submit any representative against it.
The answer key as released by the board can be used by the candidates to cross-check their answers and calculate their probable score. Candidates need to add and deduct marks as per the marking scheme released, i.e. they need to add 1 mark and deduct 1/3 mark for an incorrect answer.
RRB has conducted the Ministerial and Isolated categories computer-based test at 354 exam centers across the country. Over one lakh candidates appeared for the examination. The exam was conducted in two shifts. Shift 1 started at 10.30 am, whereas, the second shift started at 3 pm. The recruitment examination has been conducted to fill a total of 1663 vacancies for which 1.03 lakh candidates applied.
