The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has published a notice regarding the release of the final answer key, the date for declaration of result for CBT 2 and exam date for Computer Based Aptitude Test. The result for the Stage 2 CBT for RRB ALP and Technician Recruitment 2018-2019 is likely to be announced on or before April 06, 2019. Furthermore, the Board will conduct the Computer-based aptitude test for Loco Pilot candidates on April 16, 2019.
The Board conducted the Stage 2 CBT for ALP & Technician Posts on January 21, 22, 23, and February 08, 2019. Candidates who appeared for ALP Stage 2 CBT were given an opportunity to view their question paper, response sheet and answer key on February 18, 2019. The candidates were allowed to submit the objection in the RRB ALP and Technician Answer Key till February 21, 2019.
On the basis of the objection submitted by the candidate, the Board is now going to publish the Final Answer Key for RRB ALP Technician Recruitment 2018-2019 for Stage 2 CBT. The final answer key is going to be released for Part A and Part B. The link for downloading the final answer key is going to be active from March 23, 2019, onwards (06:00 PM). The candidates will be able to view and download the RRB ALP Technician Final Answer Key till March 25, 2019 (23:59 hrs).
The result for the candidates who appeared for the RRB ALP Technician Stage 2 CBT will be announced online. It will consist of the name of the candidates who qualified for the Aptitude Test for the post of Assistant Loco Pilot.
The candidates will be able to check their result online at the official website of the Indian railway of their respective zone. On the homepage of the website, the candidates will then have to click on the link which says “CEN 01/2018 – ALP & Technician Stage 2 CBT Result”. The result will be available in the pdf format and will consist of the details of the candidate who have qualified for the next stage.
In the Computer Aptitude Test, i.e Stage 3, will only have questions and answers in English or Hindi language. In this round, the shortlisted candidates will have to qualify in all the test battery. Furthermore, there is no negative marking in the exam. To qualify the computer based aptitude test, candidates have to obtain at least 42 marks in each of the test batteries.
After the Board publishes the pdf result for Stage 2 CBT, it will also provide a link for the candidates to check their score. To check the score obtained by the candidate in Stage 2 Computer-based test, they will have to visit the official website of their respective RRB zone. Next, the candidates need to click on the relevant link for checking the RRB ALP Stage 2 CBT score. In the next screen, the candidates will have to log in by entering their Registration Number and Date of Birth, Submit the login details and then in the next screen, the candidates will be able to check their score.
RRB ALP Recruitment is open for 64371 posts, out of which 27795 vacancies are for Loco Pilot and 36576 are for Technician. The Railway Recruitment has conducted Stage 1 CBT and Stage 2 CBT. The result for Stage 1 CBT has been announced already. As per the Stage 2 CBT result, the candidates of Loco Pilot will be called for Aptitude Test, followed by Document Verification. Whereas, the Technicians will be directly called for Document Verification.
