So finally, its July 20, 2018, the last date to check the RRB ALP 2018 application status and to modify the invalid photograph. As per the official notice, aspirants of RRB ALP and Technician have given representations for the invalid photograph. The board has examined their representations and provided them a one-time opportunity to upload the photograph with correct specifications. For that, candidates must visit the official website, rrbcdg.gov.in and click on the latest releases as shown in the image below.
After clicking on the very first link regarding the modification of invalid photograph (ALP & Technicians). You will see the official notice regarding the photo modification of ALP 2018. The notice states that the revised status of the representations sent by the candidates has now updated. The link to modification of photograph has been sent to the candidates on their registered E-mail IDs.
As per the reports, the board has received nearly 1.3 lakh representations regarding this issue. Out of which only 70,000 candidates got the chance to modify their photograph and rest other representations are rejected due to some official reasons. So, it is clear that the rejected ones cannot proceed to the further process of recruitment.
For RRB ALP 2018 photo modification, at first, students need to log in to the official website or the link provided to them on their E-mail IDs. The candidates will enter their application ID, password, security code and then click on the login button to proceed. Thereafter, they can upload the correct photograph in a requisite format specified by the board.
The board is giving chance to the candidates for the modification of photograph only and not the other details. So they must note that if their representation or the application form is rejected then maybe the reason will be different than the invalid photo. Students can make this change latest by 11:59 pm today.
Students must know that they can also check the application status until today only. If the application status states that the application form of a student is rejected due to any of the reason then they will not be able to appear for the further process.
Candidates whose application form has been selected can further generate the RRB ALP 2018 Admit Card. The admit card is a mandatory document which contains all the specific and relevant information about the candidate and examination. Details of the exam date and exam center are mentioned in the admit card. Along with that the enrollment number and details of the candidate are also mentioned in it. Without RRB ALP 2018 Admit Card, students will be prohibited to sit in the examination hall.
