Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL) is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the post of Medical Officer at Visakhapatnam. The recruitment of candidates is on the contractual/tenure basis. RINL has announced a total of 04 vacancies for Medical Officer for its 160 bedded modern hospital. the newly appointed candidates receive a monthly salary of Rs.75,000/-. Eligible candidates can submit their forms up to August 08, 2020.
Candidates who have a degree in medicine/MBBS from recognized by State Medical Council or Medical Council of India are eligible for Medical Officer post. Along with this, they should also have 02 years post qualification experience as on July 01, 2020. Those who possess the educational qualification should also ensure that they satisfy the prescribed age limit as well. The upper age limit for RINL Medical Officer recruitment is 40 years as on July 01, 2020. This age limit is relaxable up to 03 years for OBC-NCL and 05 years for SC candidates.

Applicants have to navigate to the ‘careers’ page to get the online application form submission link. Before beginning with the procedure, candidates must keep certain document ready. The list is as follows, 10th certificate as the date of birth proof, MBBS final/provisional certificate, MCI registration certificate, post qualification experience certificate, copy of PAN card, copy of aadhar card and 02 recent passport size photograph. The photograph should be with the red background only. Candidates have to ensure that they provide authentic documents as these are verified at the time of the document verification.
The selection of candidates starts from shortlisting of applications of eligible candidates. Depending on the number of candidates shortlisted, RINL organizes the examination. It may conduct online exam, personal interview and medical exam. Another method through which candidates may get selected is personal interview followed by the medical examination. The appointed candidates have to serve a tenure of 01 years from the date of joining. Service tenure is extendable to a maximum period of 03 years under the Management orders. The contract can also be terminated at the completion of the prescribed tenure of 01 years. It can also be terminated during the service period with 02 month’s notice in writing from either management or candidate’s side.
