Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCFL) has advertised openings for the posts of Chief Manager (Legal) and Deputy Manager (Legal) at the official website rcfltd.com. A detailed recruitment notice published at the aforementioned website indicates that one vacancy each is available for the posts. Eligible and intending candidates are invited to register and apply online at the official website by filling up the online form. Registrations for the recruitment have started from today i.e. September 16, 2020, from 08.00 AM in the morning. The last date to register and apply online and payment of fees is October 13, 2020, till 05.00 PM.
As per the official notification, Candidates appointed to the single opening for the post of Chief Manager (Legal) will be at E6 Grade. They are entitled to be compensated with monthly salary as per pay scale of Rs 90000 – 240000. On the other hand, candidates appointed to the single opening for the post of Deputy Manager (Legal) will be at E3 Grade. They will receive monthly compensation as per the pay scale of Rs 60000 – 180000. The opening for the post of Chief Manager is at Corporate Office, Mumbai while the opening for the post of Deputy Manager (Legal) is at Thal Unit, Alibag. In addition to salary, candidates will also receive PRP, free medical facilities for self & dependents, gratuity, CPF, accident insurance and other social security schemes.
Candidates must ensure that they fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria before applying online. Candidates having a Graduate degree in Law or Law graduates of 5 years integrated law course are eligible to apply for the post of Chief Manager (Legal) provided that they acquired at least 60% aggregate marks in the qualifying degree. Candidates must also have at least 21 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant field. The upper age limit is fixed at 50 years as on July 31, 2020. Similarly, candidates with the above mentioned educational qualifications and have at least 8 years of relevant experience are eligible to apply for the post of Deputy Manager. Such applicants must be within the maximum age of 36 years as on July 31, 2020.
The selection of the eligible applicants is to be done through personal interview. Eligible applicants will be shortlisted for the interview at the discretion of the company. Mere possession of eligibility criteria however does not guarantee that the candidate will be called for interview. Candidates, however, can choose the medium of the interview from the options of Hindi and English only.

In addition, one must upload the scanned copies of supporting documents indicating the age proof, educational qualifications, work experience etc. An application fee of Rs 1000 must be paid in addition to any other bank processing charges by General, EWS and OBC candidates only.
