Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) can release RRB Group D Result 2018-2019 today, on 11:00 PM. The date and time for the release of the Result have been informed by an RRB official, Angaraj Mohan, to Indian Express. Earlier, the daily quoted that as per the officials the result will be out on February 17, 2019. However, now it seems that the Railway Board will declare the result sooner.
The date for the release of RRB Group D result has been changed several times. So far, there is no official notice for the release of the result. However, it is likely that the Board will announce it today or tomorrow.
The result of RRB Group D 2018 will be released online, on the official website of the zonal RRBs. In order to check it, the candidates just need to visit any of the zonal websites of RRB and look for “CEN 02/2018 Result” link. As soon as the candidates will click on the link it will lead to the login portal. In order to access it, the candidates will have to enter the user id and date of birth. After login, candidates will be able to download their RRB Group D scorecard.
Along with the scorecard, RRB will also release the Group D merit list. It will also be released on the official website of the RRBs but in it, only the roll numbers and names of only those candidates will be mentioned who will qualify for RRB Group D PET 2019.
After the announcement of RRB Group D Result, the call letter for PET will be issued. It will be issued either through the login or will be provided via e-mail. RRB will inform the students in prior regarding it. With the admit card, the candidates belonging to SC / ST category will also get travel authority and by showing it they will be able to travel for free for RRB Group D PET. The travel pass shall only be applicable in India Railway.
In the PET round, the candidates will have to run and carry weight. The running criteria for a male candidate is 1000 meters in 4 minutes and 15 seconds and for the female candidate it is 1000 meters in 5 minutes and 40 seconds. The male candidates will have to carry 35 kg weight and cover a distance of 100 meters in 2 minutes. The female candidates need to carry 20 kg weight for a distance of 100 meters in 2 minutes. Both the candidates have to finish the tasks in go chance.
