Punjabi University, Patiala (PUP) has released the admit cards for the odd semester examinations. Along with the admit cards, the date sheet for the examinations has also been released. Students who will be appearing for the examinations can now download the admit cards from the official website – punjabiuniversity.ac.in or the examination website – pupexamination.ac.in. The admit cards contain details like the name of the candidate, time, center, and roll number. One can download the same by logging in to the portal.
How to download?
The PUP admit card 2022 has been released for the third, fifth, and seventh semester students. To download the admit cards, take a look at the steps given below.
Step 1- Go to the official website of PUP at punjabiuniversity.ac.in
Step 2- Click on the drop-down button beside ‘Examinations’.
Step 3- Select the ‘Examination Portal’ link after which a new page will open.
Step 4- Scroll down and click on the ‘Download Admit Card’ option on the left-hand side of the page.
Step 5- Select the appropriate registration type from the drop-down list.
Step 6- Enter the application number and click on ‘Download Admit Card’.
Step 7- Crosscheck the details mentioned in it and save the same.

The university has also released the date sheets for all courses on its official website punjabiuniversity.ac.in. The examinations for almost all courses will commence on January 31, 2022. Nevertheless, it is still advised to crosscheck the exact exam dates from the date sheets. Here’s how one can do the same.
Step 1- Visit the official website of PUP at punjabiuniversity.ac.in
Step 2- Click on the drop-down button beside ‘Examinations’.
Step 3- Again, click on the second option, i.e. ‘Date Sheet’.
Step 4- A new page will open containing the list of all courses.
Step 5- After clicking on the required one, the PDF version of the date sheet will open.
Step 6- Crosscheck the same and note down the dates carefully.

The semester examinations were initially supposed to be conducted from December 15, 2021, onwards but they were postponed. To conduct the examinations smoothly, the university has adopted a blended mode which means that the exams for some courses will be held in the online mode while that for some courses are going to be conducted in the offline mode. A similar pattern for holding the semester examinations was seen in March 2021 as well.
