Government Dungar College, Bikaner has released the application form for the Pre-Teacher Education Test (PTET) 2021 on February 3, 2021. Eligible candidates can apply for the entrance exam on or before March 10, 2021. The application form can be accessed either through the official website of the conducting body ptet.in. Those applying the Rajasthan PTET 2021 examination can also access the form using ptetraj2021.com. Through this entrance examination, candidates can pursue either the 2-year B.Ed programme or the 4-year B.Ed programme depending on their eligibility.
Authorities released the application form yesterday i.e., February 03, 2021, on the official website ptet.in. Candidates can access the application form either through the official website or using the direct link ptetraj2021.com. While accessing the link directly, candidates may see things like ‘Coming Soon’ or “Security Code does not match. 1001′. These are issues with the link that the candidates cannot avoid. In such cases, aspirants can simply type ptetraj2021.com on Google to access the website.
Candidates can apply for the entrance examination by selecting either ‘PTET BA B.Ed/B.Sc B.Ed-2021 (4 Year course) Apply here’ or PTET B.Ed Form (02-year course) Apply Here’. After selecting the appropriate option, candidates must fill the application form with important details such as the candidate’s name, father’s name, date of birth, mother’s name, etc. They are also required to upload important documents such as a recent photograph, signature and left thumb impression.
Candidates must fill the remaining application form with relevant details and review all the information before submitting it. They are advised to check the details thoroughly as any wrong information can lead to rejection of application form. Lastly, they must print a copy of the payment invoice and proceed to make the fee payment. PTET 2021 application fee is Rs.500 which the candidates can pay through online banking, credit card or debit card. They may also pay in cash using the e-mitra method. After paying the application fee, candidates are requested to print a copy of the fee receipt and the confirmation page.
Authorities have also specified the eligibility criteria for the 2-year and 4-year courses. To apply for the 2-year course, candidates must have graduated with at least 50% marks from any recognised institution. Candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC, PwD categories candidates and widowed or divorced women must have graduated at least 45% marks to apply for PTET 2021.
General category candidates interested in applying for the 4-year course must have passed Class 12 with at least 50% marks. SC, ST, OBC, PwD, SBC candidates and divorced women must have passed Class 12 with a minimum of 45% marks. PTET 2021 is scheduled on May 16, 2021 and registration process for the same has started on the official website.
