RITES Limited, is a mini ratna public sector enterprise under the Ministry of Railways, Government of India. The PSU is inviting applications for Junior Manager, and Junior Assistant recruitment 2019. The CTC offered for these two posts are respectively 12 LPA and 5 LPA.
Both posts are in the finance department. For Junior Manager, the minimum educational qualification required is CA or CMA qualified. Junior Assistant post is open for candidates with B.Com, BBA in finance, and BMS in finance. For the latter, general and EWS category applicants must have 60% or more marks, and SC, ST, OBC, PWD should have 50%.
Registration for the recruitment is open at the official website of RITES Limited, rites.com. To apply for JM, general and OBC applicants must pay Rs 600, SC, ST, PWD, EWS have to pay Rs 300. Likewise for Jr Assistant level, the fee for the former is Rs 300, and that for the latter group of categories is Rs 100.
Last date to apply is October 10, 2019. Post qualification experience is not required in any of the posts, essentially signifying that freshers are eligible.
There are 22 vacant positions for junior manager, and 24 for junior assistant. Category wise distribution for junior manager, is that UR, EWS, OBC, SC, ST respectively have 4, 1, 6, 8, 3 vacancies. Respective category wise vacancies for junior assistant are 12, 2, 6, 4, 0. For all categories, and both posts, the minimum age limit is 21 years, and maximum is 30 years as on September 1, 2019.
Candidates will be shortlisted for Junior Manager post on basis of the performance of the written test and Interview round. While candidates for Junior Assistant will be shortlisted on the basis of a written test followed by a document scrutiny round. The selected candidates for both the posts will have to undergo a medical examination to assess whether they are medically fit or not.
Written test will be held at 6 different locations in India namely Delhi/Gurgaon, Kolkata, Chennai, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Nagpur. Whereas personal interview will take place at venues later decided and communicated. Dates of both will be conveyed later.
Upon appointment, JM, Jr Assistant will have to undergo on a initial probation of two years. At the end of the probation period, they will have to clear the screening test.
