The Board of Secondary Education, Odisha has released the Pathani Samanta (PMST) result 2022 today, April 26, 2022. The scholarship test was conducted on March 11, 2022. The result has been released on the official website – bseodisha.ac.in and can be checked by candidates by entering their roll number or registered name.
How to check and download PMST Result 2022?
Step 1: Go to the official website – bseodisha.ac.in
Step 2: On the homepage, scroll down to the ‘Latest Updates’ and click on ‘Read More’.
Step 3: Click on the topmost link that reads ‘PMST Result 2021’.
Step 4: You will be redirected to the login page.
Step 5: Enter your credentials – Roll Number or Registered Full Name.
Step 6: The result will now be visible, proceed to download and print it.

Selection Process
The scholarship test is conducted mainly for the students of grades 6th and 9th, students who passed grades 5th and 8th with more than 50% from a recognized school or board. These students are eligible to write the test and upon qualification and getting the top 300 scores in the mathematics scholarship test, are eligible for the scholarship amounts as mentioned below:
Stage 1: 4000 scholarships for Class 6 students (INR 200 Per Month for 7 years)
Stage 2: 1000 scholarships for Class 9 students (INR 300 Per Month for 4 years)
Stage 3: 300 scholarships for Class 11 students (INR 500 Per Month for 2 years)
Details of the distribution of scholarship in stage 1 –
- 314 Blocks @ 10 per Block – 3140
- 63 Municipalities @ 10 nos. – 630
- 37 NACs @ 5 nos. – 185
- 03 Municipal Corporation @ 15 nos.- 45
- Total Scholarship – 4000
The scholarship amounts will be transferred the respective accounts of the students every six months electronically. The rotation of funds will be carried out through personal bank accounts of the scholarship holders.
