A notice has been doing the rounds on social media since today evening and a lot of youtube channels are contemplating it as OSSTET 2021 2nd phase notification. As per the notice being circulated on the social media platforms, the Board of Secondary Education (BSE) Odisha shall hold Odisha Secondary School Teacher Eligibility Test (OSSTET) 2nd phase. For the same, application form filling shall commence from tomorrow.
OSSTET 2021 2nd phase application form will be available online at bseodisha.ac.in from November 12, 2021, 8 am. And the last date to apply will be November 20, 2021, midnight. Details of the exam shall be available at the official website bseodisha.ac.in.
As per reports, the notice has been published in state level newspapers in print.

The notice also reads that the basic guidelines such as eligibility criteria, qualifying marks, syllabus, OSSTET exam pattern, qualifying criteria for the PWDb category can be found on the official website of BSE, Odisha. Candidates should keep a tab on the official website for all the latest updates related to the OSSTET 2021.
OSSTET 2021 or Odisha TET is the Teacher Eligibility Test based in the Odisha state and is conducted on an annual basis. The candidates who successfully qualify for the exam with minimum marks will be awarded the eligibility certificate by the authorities. With this, the candidates shall also become eligible to apply for various appointments released for the post of teachers in the state.
According to the eligibility criteria, candidate must be a citizen of Odisha and must have the basic idea of reading and writing Odia. In addition to this, the application must be a Graduate with at least 50% marks in the discipline or subject opted by him in the examination. The candidate should also hold a B.Ed degree course from a recognised university or college.
The OSSTET selection process is going to have two papers i.e. paper 1 and 2. In Paper 1, first and second sections will have questions from Language I, Odia, Language II respectively. OSSTET section 3 wull have question based on subject opted by candidate and section 4 will have questions based on Child Development, Pedagogy, School Management.
The minimum marks to qualify for the OSSTET 2021 examination for each paper is 60% for candidates who belong to unreserved category. At the same time, the candidates who belong to SC/ ST/ PH/ SEBC category must score 50% of the total marks to qualify the examination.
It is expected that the online notice will be available tomorrow around the time of release of application form. However if the notice is not true, then neither will the online form, nor any notice will be released.
