Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) Limited is inviting online applications for the engagement of Doctors. As per the notification, ONGC has announced 13 vacancies for Doctors recruitment at Ahmedabad Asset. The online registrations have already started from October 27, 2020, onwards on the official website. Candidates are suggested to submit their applications before the last date on or before November 05, 2020. As per the notification, the recruitment is announced for General Medical Officer – General Duty and Medical Officer at ONGC Ahmedabad Asset, District- Ahmedabad (Gujarat). Out of the total 13 vacancies, 12 vacancies are announced for GDMO and 01 vacancies for MO post. All these posts are on a contractual basis till June 30, 2022 Candidates who get selected for these posts get a monthly salary of Rs. 72,000/-.
To apply for the advertised vacancies, candidates must have Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS). Candidates who have training in occupational health/ public health or occupational medicine are preferred for the posts.

First, aspirants have to visit the official website and then navigate to careers > Engagement of Doctors on contract basis at Ahmedabad Asset > Google Registration Form Link. Once done, it is suggested to keep a print out of the application form for future records.
After the registration is over, interested candidates have to email their documents to the [email protected] before November 05, 2020. The list of documents includes educational qualification documents (10th, 12th, MBBS certificate and mark sheet), valid registration certificate, proof of higher qualification such as MD/ MS, scanned copy of any one photo identity proof such as PAN Card Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving, etc, valid caste certificate for ST/ OBC/ EWS, PWD certificate, experience certificate, address proof, valid proof of a change of name. All these documents should be mailed in PDF files.
ONGC conducts scrutiny of qualification and interview round to shortlist candidates for the announced posts. The complete selection criteria is conducted for 100 marks. Out of these, 70 marks are allocated to qualification and 30 marks for interview. The interview may get conducted in person or online mode depending upon the prevailing situation.
