To apply for Dy. General Manager, candidates must have BE/B.Tech degree with 12 years of work experience in the relevant field. Those who have BE/B. Tech degree in engineering with 08 years of work experience are eligible for the post Senior Manager. Candidates having BE/B. Tech degree in engineering with 04 years of work experience are eligible for the post of Manager. MBA/PGDM in Personnel/HR/Industrial Relation or Master’s /Post graduation in Labour Welfare/Social Welfare/Industrial Relations/Management with 08 years of work experience in relevant field are eligible for Senior Manager (Personnel). Candidates with MBA/PGDM in Personnel/HR/Industrial Relation or Master’s /Post graduation in Labour Welfare/Social Welfare/Industrial Relations/Management with 04 years work experience can apply for Manager (Personnel). A candidate must have an MBBS degree for the post of Medical Officer.
The maximum age limit of candidates to apply for Dy. General Manager is 44 years, 40 years for Senior Manager and 36 years for Manager. To apply for Medical Officer, the minimum age limit is 21 years and the maximum age limit is 32 years.
