NTA Releasing JEE Main 2019 Admit Card For April Exam At jeemian.nic.in On 20 Mar; Check How To Download

National Testing Agency (NTA) is releasing the JEE Main 2019 Admit card for the April exam at jeemain.nic.in. The candidates will get their allotted exam date, time and centre on the admit card itself. The admit card is being released online only and under the candidates’ login.

Candidates will be allowed to download the admit card until the exam day. To get the admit card the candidates have to keep their application number and password ready. As soon as the link to download the admit card is activated, the candidates have to visit the website and click on the link flashing on the home page that says “Download JEE Main 2019 April Admit Card”.

In doing so the login page appears. Thereafter the candidates have to complete the process in the following 3 steps:

#1 Login

In the login window enter the application number and password. Thereafter enter the security pi as appears on the screen. Last time in the January attempt the option to log in using the application number and date of birth was also available.

#2 Check the Admit Card

On entering the correct details the admit card appears on the next screen. In the admit card the candidates need to check the details. After checking the details the candidates have to download the document in their system. Check for the details in the admit card like the application number, name, category, paper, exam date, time and centre, the photograph is clear and correct, roll number and the important exam centre instructions in the bottom.

#3 Print The Admit Card

The hard copy of the admit card is to be carried at the exam. Therefore after downloading the admit card the candidates need to take its print out in a clean white A4 sized sheet. It is not mandatory to get a coloured print. However, a coloured print helps in easy identification of the photo in the admit card.

What to do if you forget the JEE Main 2019 Application Number or password? It is possible that the candidate might misplace or forget their JEE Main 2019 Application Number and password. In such cases, it is important to retrieve them, as it is needed to download the admit card and also for other upcoming events like for the answer key, question paper, response sheet and result checking.

To retrieve the application number and password candidates have to click on the link that appears in the login window that says “I can’t access my account?” On click that link the candidates will have 2 options, either to get the application number or get the password. On selecting the desired option, on the next steps options to get the application number/password back is made available.

JEE Main 2019 April Exam is being held on April 07, 08, 09, 10 and 12, 2019. The registrations are closed and as per the reports, 70% of the candidates registered for the April attempt have also appeared in the January exam. The exam is being held across 264 cities and in online mode only.

The Paper 1 exam is on April 08, 09, 10 and 12, and the Paper 2 exam is on April 07, 2019. the exam will be held in 2 shifts on each day.
