Candidates who had applied for NPCIL Kakrapar Gujarat recruitment for stipendiary trainees / scientific assistant have reported that they have received an email with admit card. NPCIL Kakrapar Gujarat has reportedly sent admit card as attachment with the email, and also made it available for download at nnpcilcareers.co.in. The exam will be held from November 7 to 11, 2019.
The email says,
“Dear applicant
You have been shortlisted for online test for the post scientific assistant / B (Civil) in NPCIL / Kakrapar Gujarat site against advt. No. Kakrapar Gujarat site / HRM / 02 / 2018. It is observed that you have not downloaded the admit card, hence the same is attached herewith. You may also login using your username and password and check the application status (apply -> application status) for downloading the admit card”.

Therefore all candidates who had applied for the recruitment can now check their registered email id and see if they have received any email. They can also check the spam folder.
Also, one should go to to the official website npcilcareers.co.in and go to the page for this recruitment (direct link is https://npcilcareers.co.in/KAPSST2018/candidate/default.aspx). There, they can login and download the admit card if it is available for them.
NPCIL Kakrapar Gujarat has not updated any message on the official website regarding availability of admit card. However exam date is announced. The latest message running on the website, says
“The online tests for the posts advertised against advt. No. Kakrapar Gujarat Site/HRM/02/2018 is tentatively scheduled during 07th – 11th, November 2019. Post wise test date & test city will be available in the end of next week.”
There are two weeks left for the exam.
The exam for Stipendiary Trainees / Scientific Assistant (ST/SA) (Category – I) & Scientific Assistant/B (SA/B) will have 120 multiple choice questions, divided into sections A, B, C. Each section will be of 40 marks. There will not be any negative marking in the exam. In order to qualify the NPCIL Kakrapar Gujarat selection test, candidates belonging to unreserved category should get 45%, SC, ST, OBC should get 40%. The number of candidates who will be shortlisted for interview will be in the ratio 1:5. Final selection will be on the basis of 50% for written test, and 50% for interview.
For Stipendiary Trainees / Technician (ST/TM) (Category – II), there will be a stage 1 preliminary test with 50 multiple choice questions. There will be 20, 20, and 10 questions respectively from mathematics, science, and general awareness sections. Qualifying marks will be 40% and 30% for general, SC/ST/OBC respectively. For them, stage 2 advanced test will be based on qualification, for 2 hours. Here the qualifying score will be 30% and 20% for general, SC/ST/OBC. Then there will be a skill test.
NPCIL Kakrapar Gujarat recruitment 2019 is for a total of 162 vacancies. This includes 64 vacancies of ST/SA & SA/B, and 98 for ST/Tech. NPCIL operates the Kakrapar Atomic Power Station situated near Vyara, Gujarat.
