National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education & Research has released the admit card for NIPER Joint Entrance Examination 2021. To download the NIPER JEE 2021 hall ticket candidates need their registration number, payment reference ID, mobile number, and their date of birth. The admit card is available at niperhyd.aptonline.in.
To download the admit card, candidates need to visit the official website, niperhyd.aptonline.in and click on the link that says ‘Download Your Hall Ticket’. On doing so a page will open wherein the candidates need to enter their registration number, payment reference ID, mobile number, and their date of birth. After that, they need to click on the ‘Get hall ticket detail’ button and download the admit card.
Candidates will not be issued the admit card via post. On the day of the exam, candidates have to carry a printed copy of the NIPER 2021 admit card along with the original and valid photo identification. It may be noted that the candidate may carry one of these IDs: Driving License, Passport, Voter ID, or Aadhaar card.
The NIPER JEE 2021 examination is scheduled to be held on July 3, 2021, for admissions in courses like- M.Pharm, M.S.(Pharm.), M.Tech.(Pharm.), MBA (Pharm.) and Ph.D. courses in NIPER campuses located at Ahmedabad, Guwahati, Hajipur, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Raebareli, and Sas Nagar.
NIPER Hyderabad is holding the exam in a computer-based test format across various test centers in different cities of India. There will be a common question paper for all Master’s Programs including M.B.A. (Pharm.). The question paper will consist of 200 objectives multiple type choice questions. The standard of the question paper will be as per the syllabus of B.Pharm. and PG degrees in the relevant fields. A few questions will be from general aptitude. The duration of the examination will be 2 hours.
There will be negative marking in the online test, and 25% marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
For the Ph.D courses, there will be one objective type question paper containing 170 questions of 85 marks, for each of the following areas i.e., Chemical Sciences, Biological Sciences, and Pharmaceutical Sciences. The standard of the question paper will be as per the syllabus of M.S. (Pharm.), M.Pharm., M.Tech. (Pharm.), M.Tech /M.E., M.V.Sc., M.D., PharmD, and M.Sc. (in relevant discipline) level. Each discipline will also have questions related to general ‘Pharmaceutical Sciences’ and general aptitude. The duration of the examination will be 2 hours. There will be negative marking in the entrance examination, and 25% marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
The qualified candidates in each discipline shall have to appear for an interview which will carry 15 marks.
The result of NIPER JEE 2021 will be available within a week of the exam is held. Admission to these programmes will be conducted through counselling procedures. Counselling would be based on merit obtained by candidates in the entrance examination. The candidates have to report to the Institute for counselling on the scheduled date and time.
