NIT Raipur is inviting online applications for the NIT MCA Common Entrance Test (NIMCET). Eligible candidates who are interested to take admission in the MCA program can submit their applications via nimcet.in. They can apply for the NIMCET 2021 on or before the last date i.e April 07, 2021. The NIMCET Application Form Correction will commence from April 02, 2021 onwards. Aspirants are allowed to edit and correct their applications before 07, 2021.
Lately, NIT Raipur has been receiving a lot of requests to unlock the application form that aspirants have submitted. Aspirants who have unintentionally uploaded incorrect information wish to edit the form by unlocking the NIMCET application. Hence, the conducting body has decided to give only one chance for such candidates to edit the NIMCET 2021 application form. The requests for unlocking the application form will only be accepted within the stipulated date and time.
To edit the application, aspirants can request to unlock their online applications by sending an email to [email protected] through the registered email address. They also have to CC to [email protected] for NIMCET 2021. Aspirants have to mention their name, application number while sending request. Along with that, they also have to attach the downloaded online application of NIMCET 2021, relevant documents and mention the errors/ mistakes those need to be corrected in the application form. Emails that are received other than the registered email address and without discussing these details/ documents are not accepted.
After proper scrutiny of unlocking requests, the NIMCET 2021 Application Form will be unlocked only once. Information regarding the unlocking of the application is also shared with aspirants by return email only. As this is a one time opportunity, candidates must ensure that they edit/ correct all the incorrect information before the resubmission. Once the form is submitted, no further requests regarding the form correction are entertained.
Moreover, the window to download the generated application form will be available till April 30, 2021. The NIMCET 2021 Exam will to take place on May 23, 2021. The conducting body will publish the admit cards for eligible candidates from May 15, 2021, onwards. The exam will take place in one session starting from 02:00 PM to 04:00 PM. Participating candidates can also check the entrance test result online tentatively from June 08, 2021, onwards at the official website. Choice filling, the first round of seat allotment and other rounds will take place thereafter.
