The National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) Delhi shall release the admit card for NIFT 2022 entrance exam today, on January 29, 2022. Candidates will be able to download their admit card from the official website nift.ac.in. The exam is to be conducted on February 6, 2022 in online-proctored mode for both Undergraduate and Postgraduate admissions.
NIFT Admit Card 2022 will be released today. The exact time for hall ticket issuance has not been announced by the exam authorities. Hence, it is expected that the direct link to download may be activated at any time.
Admit card shall contain candidate’s personal details, application number, roll number, exam password, test date, online reporting time, and exam time for GAT and CAT (if applicable). There will also be a blank space for candidate signature
The NIFT exam is conducted in 2 parts- General Ability Test (GAT) and Creative Ability Test (CAT). Candidates who have applied for B.Des and M.Des have to attempt both CAT and GAT, while candidates who have applied for B.F.Tech, M.F.Tech and M.F.M have to appear only for GAT. The test timings will be from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m depending on the exams to be attempted.
NIFT Mock Test 2022
Candidates are advised to attempt the mock test from the website nift.ac.in, to become familiar with the conduct of the exam.
NIFT 2022 entrance exam will be held as on online proctored exam.
The test link will be available in the website. Candidates have to login using their roll number and password, provided in the admit card. The candidates will be in continuous surveillance. Further, all the activities of the candidates will be recorded to ensure the smooth and fair conduct of the exam. Candidates will not be allowed permission to take any breaks during the exam time. Stable internet connectivity, backup power and good lighting are mandatory to attempt the exam.
The candidates should be present along with an ID proof while appearing for the exam. Candidates should use 2 devices to attempt the exam- a mobile device and laptop/ desktop. The mobile phone is to be placed behind the laptop, so as to get a full view of the room. Also, the microphone and camera of the devices should be in proper working condition.
Candidates are allowed to possess stationery items.
Test takers are expected to log in 1 hour prior to the commencement of the exam. This will give ample time to complete the verification process.
How to download NIFT Admit Card 2022?
Step 1: Go to the official website of NIFT, nift.ac.in.
Step 2: Click on the ‘Admissions’ tab at the top of the screen.
Step 3: The direct link ‘Admit card for written examinations – Admission 2022’ will be visible.
Step 4: Candidates will have to enter any 2 details among Application number, Date of Birth and e-mail ID.
Step 5: Click on ‘Submit’. Now the admit card instructions will be displayed on the screen.
Step 6: Click on the ‘Proceed to Download Admit card’ option at the bottom of the page, after reading the instructions carefully.
Step 7: Candidates will be able to view their admit card now.
