NID 2019 Admit Card Releasing Today; Know how to download Here

The National Institute of Design (NID) is going to release the NID 2019 Admit Card today i.e. on December 17, 2018. The admit card will be released online and candidates will not receive it via post. The NID 2019 Admit Card has been released for Prelims examination which is scheduled to be held on January 6, 2019. The Institute will issue separate admit card for NID DAT Prelims and NID DAT Mains. 

Candidates can download the admit card for NID DAT Prelims 2019 by visiting the official website of NID at admissions.nid.edu. After visiting the website, on its homepage, click on the link which says Download Admit Card here. Next, the candidates will have to log in by entering Email ID and Date of Birth. Click on the “Submit” button and on submission of the correct login credentials, the candidates will attain NID 2019 Admit Card. 

Candidates will observe some details on NID 2019 Admit Card such as name and address of the candidate, complete schedule of the examination, photograph and signature of the candidate, course name so forth and so on. After downloading NID 2019 Admit Card, it is the sole responsiblity of the candidates to check all the details metioned on the admit card are correct or not.

There are some noteworthy things which candidates have to keep in mind after obtained NID 2019 Admit Card which are that the admit card will not be sent to the candidates by post or by any other means, it will be made available only via online mode. Candidates must bring a valid ID Proof along with NID 2019 Admit Card positively. Now, candidates have to keep in mind that they should possess NID 2019 Admit Card when they will come for the examination as it will act as an entry ticket at the examination and candidates will not be allowed to sit for the examination.

Candidates need to carry some other documents apart from NID 2019 Admit Card which can be popularly known as valid Id proofs such as PAN Card / Driving License/ Voter ID / Passport / Employee Identification Card / Aadhar Card / College ID.

NID 2019 Prelims evaluated the candidates on the basis of knowledge, analysis, comprehension and creativity skills. Prelims Examination will be of 3 hours duration and will consist of two parts which will be having MCQ type and subjective type questions respectively. The test centres for NID 2019 Prelims are Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Bhubaneshwar, Chandigarh, Chennai, DEhradun, Guhwati, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Jammu, Kolkata, Kurukshetra, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, New Delhi, Patna, Raipur, Panjim, Ranchi, Thrivanathapuram, Vijaywada.

NID 2019 will be conducted in two parts. First, the Prelims Examination is going to be held on January 06, 2019 and then Mains Examination will be conducted in the month of May for for B.Des / GDPD and in the month of March and April for M.Des Admission. NID is a national level entrance examination which is conducted by reputed National Institute of Design.
