National Board of Education (NBE) has released the admit card for the National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET) MDS 2021. Candidates can download their admit card from the official website of the conducting body which is nbe.edu.in.
The issuance of this admit card further makes it clear that the national-level exam for MDS admissions shall not be postponed. As per their previous announcement, NEET MDS 2021 will be conducted on December 16, 2020 and results shall be declared by December 31, 2020. The examination shall be held for candidates who wish to pursue dental PG courses in prestigious institutions across the country.
NEET MDS 2021 Admit Card is an important document which is available for download on the official website. Candidates must click on the link login present on the homepage of the website. This shall open the login screen on a different window in which candidates must enter their User ID/email ID and password. After logging in, the candidate admit card shall appear on the screen. They must check their name and other details before saving the document. Aspirants must download the document and print a copy of the same for future use.
This time, the admit card has two new aspects to it – (1) Self declaration, (2) Guidelines for socially distanced computer based test. Test takers must pay heed to both these sections, besides the standard instructions section, and follow the guidelines to the tee.
The admit card is an important document that must be present at the time of examination. It comprises of important candidate details like name of the candidate, roll number, name and address of test centre, instructions pertaining to the exam and the candidate registration number. At the time of examination, aspirants are required to carry their admit card (hard copy), valid ID proof (Aadhar card, Passport, Photo ID), face mask, gloves, transparent water bottle and personal hand sanitizer (50 ml).
Authorities have specified a list of items that are strictly prohibited at the examination centre. These items include study material, notes, plastic pouch, calculator, headphones, electronic gadgets, phones, Bluetooth devices, stationery and food items. If any student is found in possession of these items, they may not be allowed to appear for the examination.
Authorities have also clarified that while NEET PG 2021 has been deferred until further notice, NEET MDS 2021 is not postponed. On the allotted date, the national-level entrance exam shall begin at 2:00 pm and end at 5:00 pm. Candidates are instructed to reach the exam hall from 12:00 pm to complete the verification process on time. They must also note that no entry to the exam hall shall be given after 1:30 pm. Aspirants are required to log-in to the exam at 1:50 pm and read the instructions carefully.
