National Testing Agency (NTA) is expected to announce National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET)-2020 result today or by October 12, 2020. The result will be declared online, on ntaneet.nic.in. It will be released under the login and the candidates can check it by entering roll number and date of birth. In NEET result, score, percentile, and all India rank in NEET is mentioned. Only those candidates qualify the exam who score more than the 50th percentile cut off (40th percentile for SC / ST). Bases on NEET all India Rank, seat is allocated in MBBS / BDS / BAMS/ BSMS / BUMS / BHMS courses.

AIIMS and JIPMER Counselling to be Held by MCC
Now that AIIMS and JIPMER are taking admission on the basis of NEET, the couselling for both the colleges will be held by Medical Counselling Committee. Along with this, MCC will also hold counselling for BHU, AMU, and AFMS as well.

NTA will release final answer key of NEET 2020 with the result. It will be released as pdf, for all the paper codes. The result of NEET is prepared on the basis of NEET final answer key. Students cannot challenge it.

AIIMS and JIPMER 2020: Seats and Bed Capacity!
From this year onwards, All India Institutes of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) and Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education & Research (JIPMER) have also decided to take admission on the basis of NEET. Until now, both the institutes used to conduct its own entrance exam. AIIMS and JIPMER are among the best and most sought medical colleges in India. NEET 2020 Topper: Soyeb Aftab to Score 720 out of 720 marks!
As per reports by Allen Kota, Soyeb Aftab, is getting a perfect score of 720 / 720 in NEET 2020. NTA is yet to announce the official scores and rank in NEET. However, on the basis of official answer key and OMR recorded responses, Soyeb is getting full marks in the exam. Read more here.
Dr. Amit Gupta, an active and prominent member of medical committee, has been providing first hand information on NEET. As per his latest tweet, NTA will conduct NEET 2020 Phase 2 exam for those candidates who were not able to take NEET on September 13, 2020. It is expected that NTA will send e-mail / sms to the candidates regarding the exam. The tentative dates for the exam is between 10-12 October.
NTA has not announced an date for the release of NEET 2020 result. However, last time the result was announced 3 days after the last date for OMR challenge. This year, OMR challenge ended on October 07, 2020. Hence, it is expected that the result will be out today.
Also, sometime in mid September, an official source of NTA informed media that NEET 2020 answer key will be out on September 29 and the result will be declared by October 12. Hence, there are rumors that date for NEET result 2020 is October 12, 2020. The answer key of NEET was released on September 26. So, looking at this, it is expected that result will be out soon.
