National Testing Agency (NTA) has changed NEET 2019 Exam Centers. The centers for the examination has been changed due to General Elections of Lok Sabha and other unavoidable reasons. The centers have been changed all around India due to check NTA has asked candidates to download fresh admit card.
The notice for changed exam center and the re-issuance of admit card has been issued on the official website of NEET, which is ntaneet.nic.in. In it, along with the address of the new exam center, the center number, candidates roll number range are also mentioned. Recently, NTA also updated the link to download admit card. The details needed to download it are the same, application number, date of birth, and security pin.
NEET 2019 is around the corner. The examination is due to be held on May 05, 2019. On the exam day, candidates need to carry the print out of the NEET 2019 Admit Card, a valid id proof like PAN card/Driving License/Voter ID/Passport/Aadhaar Card (with photograph) /Ration Card/any other, and one passport size photo of the candidate (same as uploaded on the Online Application Form) for pasting on the specific space in the attendance sheet at the test centre. If a student is claiming the relaxation under PwD category, then carry a PwD certificate issued by the Competent Authority.
NTA is conducting NEET in the pen and paper mode having all the Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ). The entrance test is conducted in multiple languages which are Assamese, Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Marathi, Oriya, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu. The test has 180 questions and students have to attempt a maximum of them within 180 minutes. In the exam, there are three sections naming biology, Chemistry, and Physics. The highest number of questions are there in biology which is 90 and rest have 45 questions each. For the preparation of the exam, candidates can refer to the previous year question papers or sample papers.
NEET entrance examination 2019 will take place on Sunday, May 5, 2019. The exam is from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. The result will be announced on June 5, 2019. Students qualifying NEET (UG) 2019 would be eligible for All India Quota and other quotas under the State Governments/Institutes, irrespective of the medium of the examination, subject to other eligibility criteria.
As per reports, over 15 lakh candidates have applied for NEET 2019. It is a mandatory test for admission to medical courses in the country and abroad. Last year, nearly 13 lakh candidates applied for NEET exam.
