NEET 2019 Application Form Released; Get Direct Link To Apply Here

NEET 2019 Application Form is now available. National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the application forms in the online mode only at ntaneet.ac.in, today i.e. on November 01, 2018 at 11:30 AM. Candidates can now register for the only national level medical entrance exam of the nation  – NEET 2019.

After lot of speculation and discussion, NTA is conducting NEET 2019 in the pen and paper mode, once a year and in the same languages that it was being conducted until now.

How To Apply For NEET 2019

NEET 2019 Application Form

To apply for the NEET 2019 exam, eligible candidates have to visit the official website ntaneet.ac.in. On doing so they will be able to locate the link for application form. Next, they have to click on the link and in the first step register themselves by providing your name, parent’s name, state of eligibility, date of birth, id proof type and id card number, gender, nationality, PwD status, mobile number and email id.

On entering these details a confirmation page will appear. Check the confirmation box and confirm the submission. On the next step candidates have to select a password of their choice and a security question. A OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number, the OTP is to be entered and verification will be complete.

Thereafter the application form will appear on the screen. Candidates need to complete the application form with correct details. The last loop will be to pay the application fee and upload scanned images of recent photograph and signature. After paying the application fee, it is advised by the authorities to take at least four printouts of Confirmation Page.

Important Instruction On Photo and Signature Upload

All applicants need to upload the photograph and signature as specified by NTA. Thus, as per the guidelines, your photograph must be scanned in the size ranging between 10 KB to 200 KB. The scanned signature must be in the size range of 4 KB to 30 KB. Both the scanned images must be in JPG/JPEG format.

Regarding the documents needed for registration, Aadhaar Card is not mandatory. Candidates can use PAN Card, Voters’ ID card, Passport, Ration Card, Driving Licence or any other government approved photo ID proof.

NEET 2019 Application Fee Submission

To submit the application fee the candidates have to pay an amount of Rs. 1400/- fro the General/OBC candidates. However the SC/ST/PH/Transgender candidates have to pay the application fee of Rs. 750/-.

The mode of payment will depend on the candidates’ preference. The mode of payments can be any one – Credit/Debit Card, Net banking or E-Challan.

Who Can Fill The NEET 2019 Application Form?

Those candidates who find themselves in par with the eligibility norms of NEET 2019 can start filling the application form online. A candidates must have completed 17 years of age as on December 31, 2019 and must not be more than 25 years in age in case of Unreserved categories. The upper age limit is 30 years for reserved and PwD categories.

A subject combination of English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology is mandatory in 10+2 level.

A minimum of 50% marks is mandatory in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. This criteria is relaxed to 45% for the PwD candidates and 40% for the reserved category candidates.

NEET 2019 exam will be conducted on May 05, 2019. The last date to submit the application form in a complete and error free manner is November 30, 2018. However, the application fees can be submitted one day later on December 01, 2018. The exam will in offline mode only.
