Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is all set to release the official notification for NDA 2021 Exam. As per the UPSC Calendar, the notification will be out on December 30, 2020. Interested candidates can download NDA 1 2021 Notification from UPSC official website, upsc.gov.in The UPSC NDA 2021 Online Registration will start with the release of the notification. National Defence Academy and Naval Academy (NDA & NA Exam I) exam is scheduled for April 18, 2021.
The official notification for the NDA & NA 1 2021 will be out in 02 days. Candidates who wish to join the Indian Defence Services can download it from upsc.gov.in. It can be located under the “Examination” section present on the top bar. Thereafter, under the “active examinations” link, they can access the active link to download NDA 1 2021 Notification.
With the release of notification, UPSC also activates the link for the online registrations. Eligible candidates can submit their applications online using the ”apply online” button. However, before the application process, candidates have to successfully register themselves for the exam. They will get a registration Id and password which candidates can use to submit applications and future events. Submit the UPSC NDA application form before January 19, 2021.
All the 12th pass candidates who meet the physical standard can apply for Army Wing of National Defence Academy. Those who have passed 12th class Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics can apply for Air Force and Naval Wings of NDA and the 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme at the INA. Moreover, UPSC accepts applications of only male candidates for the NDA exam.
All the registered and eligible candidates will be invited for the examinations that will take place on April 18, 2021. The offline exam is conducted for 02 hours and 30 minutes. Aspirants can take the exam in Bilingual language – Hindi and English – as per their preference. There will be 02 section – Mathematics (300 marks) and GAT (600 marks). For every incorrect answer in the NDA exam, 0.33 marks are deducted. On qualifying the written exam, aspirants are invited for the SSB Interview that takes place for 05 days.
Moreover, NDA exam takes place twice a year. For the first session, UPSC will be releasing notification in a few days. The official notification for NDA II 2021 will be out on June 09, 2021. Online registrations will start on the same day as the release of notification. The last day to submit online applications is June 29, 2021. Once the registration process is done, eligible candidates can appear for written exam on September 05, 2021.
